We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after activating your service to request a refund.
To start a refund, we only accept requests sent through the client area.
Exceptions / non-refundable services:
Certain types of services cannot be refunded, including:
– Domain names if registered
– SSL Certificates if validated
Cancelation requests for renewal payments must be submitted at least 24 hours before 11:59 AM EDT of the renewal date. If The user fails to comply with this requirement, The Company has the right to suspend his account until renewal payment is received.
Cancelation by the Customer:
All Domain-N services can be canceled by the customer. Only cancelation requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid requests and will be reviewed by our support.
In the case of Cloud VPS Hosting, all user data might be permanently deleted within 24 hours after the cancellation. This includes all accounts on the Cloud VPS server, all of its backup copies, and any other information or data related to it.
The Company will refund the fee paid by the customer if the cancellation request meets the following conditions:
The Customer’s cancellation request is sent in less than:
– 30 Days for all shared hosting including email hosting.
– Any time for non-validated SSL Certificates
– Any time for a non-registered domain name
– 7 Days for VPS servers.
Service Cancellation by Domain-N:
The services the Company provides can be canceled by the Company without notification and without refund if the Company discovers with good reason that a Customer’s usage of the service is in violation of the Terms of Service or that the Customer’s account has been associated with illegal activities. The Company will not be held responsible for any data loss in the event that cancellation has occurred.
The Company could also decide to end all of the services it offers when the Company decides in good belief that the service is impossible or inaccessible due to any legal, technical loyalty, loyal, regulatory and/or other reasons, without providing or not giving the customer at least a month’s notice prior to the date reasonable.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
